Triathlon Camps

*Please note that our 2019 Winter Tri Camp schedule has been postponed.  We are going to spend this winter focusing and building on our race production schedule for 2019.  We will resume camps in 2020 – bigger and better than ever.  We will be creating weekend camps throughout the summer of 2019 and customized camps are always available upon request.  We will come to you and focus on the skills your group would like to focus on.  One, two and three day camps available.  Costs dependent on travel, accommodations and group size.

In this motivating and rewarding week-long Triathlon Camp, learn how to improve your form and technique for each part of the Triathlon. Train throughout the week learning the injury-free techniques of Dr. Nicholas Romanov’s POSE Method for Triathlon in all three disciplines with classroom sessions and motivational activities.

IT IS WITH HEAVY HEART WE ANNOUNCE THE CANCELLATION OF 2019 HAWAII TRI CAMP. DUE TO THE VOLCANIC ACTIVITY AND UNCERTAINTY WHILE YOU WOULD BE MAKING PLANS FOR TRAVEL/ACCOMODATIONS, ETC - WE FEEL IT BEST TO CANCEL THIS CAMP. WE WILL BE BACK ON IN WAIKOLOA FOR 2020. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE. CHECK BACK FOR DATES AND REGISTRATION.

Camp is based in Waikoloa, mid way point of the bike course for IM World Championships. Ride the entire course over the week, swim in the Pacific off of Kona Pier and explore various beaches as we want to get as much out of our week in Paradise too! Classroom times are ocean side, fun and informative, NEVER boring! You will have more fun that you thought possible while upping your game, learning new skills and focusing on POSE Method of running, swimming and biking to ensure your body stays healthy and injury free for life.
