Camp is based in Waikoloa, mid way point of the bike course for IM World Championships. Ride the entire course over the week, swim in the Pacific off of Kona Pier and explore various beaches as we want to get as much out of our week in Paradise too! Classroom times are ocean side, fun and informative, NEVER boring! You will have more fun that you thought possible while upping your game, learning new skills and focusing on POSE Method of running, swimming and biking to ensure your body stays healthy and injury free for life.

This lovely oasis from Winter around the country brings warm California breezes and plenty of sunshine to make training this time of year a pure joyful experience. Ride the beautiful back roads through Date farms and Palm trees, run along side the Santa Rosa Mountains and swim in the sun.

The ultimate camp for those that love to get on your bike and climb! Mount Lemmon is the training grounds; from Saguaro Cactus on the bottom at sea level to hoodoo's and pine trees as you make the climb up 9,000 feet of elevation. And then there is the descent....takes skill and instruction but is the ultimate rush on a bike. 5% grade makes this 28 mile mountain a reality for anyone and with our SAG wagon with us, you do what you are able.
